These are very flimsy, compared to other brands I’ve bought, which is both good and bad depending on your needs. Because they are flimsy it’s easy to get into areas a sponge wouldn’t, however they don’t do well with set in/caked on debris as the bristles aren’t very thick/sturdy.

No Absorbency … but this is in the product description, and it’s doesn’t seen very useful for cleaning. HOWEVER, it is a great coaster for either HOT beverages or a HOT (small) cooking or frying pan. I use these regularly, but not as a “sponge”. Great product, but the description should be changed.

This is an environmentally friendly alternative to sponges and I really like that I could put them in the dishwasher and that I could use them on my copper pans. The problem is, they just don’t work as well as my sponge. I would scrub something with these that would come off quicker with my sponge. Love these things and the fact that they come in different colors. Some are used for the dishes, they are great for heard to get off bits and work really well in the cast iron. I have been wanting to replace my regular kitchen sponge for a while. The regular one is easy to wear off, smells bad and not good for the environment.
